Sandra Ellington, Chartered MCIPD, set up Sandra Ellington & Associates in 2002.This followed an extensive period working as an HR Manager and Area HR Manager in the tourism, leisure and hospitality industry in the North East of England, for both Swallow Group and then Whitbread plc.
Drawing on years of experience in specialist training and consultancy, Sandra Ellington & Associates has focused from its conception in personal development.Development covers such diverse areas as leadership, customer relations and performance review to nationally licensed programmes such as Practical Training, Group Training and the Welcome to Excellence series.Sandra is also the accredited Master trainer for a number of the Welcome to Excellence programmes in the North East of England region.
